Hi there!
Here's a little bit, or, a lotta bit, about me.
If you'd rather cut to the chase, visit the coaching or massage parts of the website and we can get this show on the road.
BUT, if you'd like to learn a little more about my inner world, and WHY I do WHAT I do, carry on...
- - -
My name is Caitlin and I LOVE floating in the ocean, dancing in the kitchen, flying with my dude, and cuddling with my critters.
(I also love Prosecco...and oysters...and tacos...and an ABUNDANT cheeseboard 🙌)
I am devoted to creating an empowering, whimsical, and healing space - within which women can thrive, joyfully design their lives on their own terms, and cultivate their most desired states of being... so that we may finally have some world f*cking peace 💃🌎✌️
I believe in my whole being that when women are optimally nourished, awakened, full of moxie (not just the sodapop) and inspired vitality, we have the ultimate capability to not only love our lives, but extend that love out into the community, and the world, healing our planet and creating our utopia.
I believe the world needs more body acceptance, lightheartedness, Integrative and Complementary Healthcare, intentionality, opportunities for celebration, and optimally nourished and inspired women.
I believe the world needs less violence (towards self and others, in language, action, and cultural systems like helloooo white supremacy and patriarchy), self-doubt, fewer secret hidden ingredients, and fewer people experiencing ruts, burn-out, and running on auto-pilot according to a script written for them 30 years ago.
I happen to have some special super powers!
- cultivating levity and laughter
- intuitively honing in on the source of a problem or behavior, I see through to what you mean, not just what you say
- connecting people to the resources they seek, if I can't help you, I know someone who can
People who know me well always tell me I’m awesome at making places feel like home, creating beautiful inspiring colorful meals, and of course, therapeutic massage.
I’m integrating all of these things to solve the problem we all know exists, of our culture making women feel like they’re not enough (or too much!) and have to sacrifice their OWN health, joy, desires, and priorities, in the service of others’ wants and needs, by using my unique skills, perspective, & wisdom I’ve gained throughout my own journey.

I’m ridiculously passionate about holistically leading my clients to put their OWN well-being first.
Teaching people the mindsets, structures, tools, and rituals necessary to make living their MOST desired life a journey that feels inspired and indulgent with a sense of EASE and FUN.

This all sounds like I might be encouraging selfishness, and maybe yeah, it couldn't hurt to have women become a little more selfish.
(I worked for 4 years in an elementary school office, and let me tell you...women, moms especially, could benefit from a LOT more selfishness and SUPPORT. And dads? Yinz are all pretty fun and great, but please learn your child's grade and teacher's names. Get it together. #soapboxforanotherday)
HOWEVER,
I truly believe that once we are routinely nourishing our minds, bodies, and spirits, when we are FULL of ourselves, and that which lights us up, it becomes that much more reflexive and accessible to GIVE from that overflow, to have the energy and resources to mindfully leverage our privilege to CONSCIOUSLY CREATE the world we want to live in.
In this lifetime, I intend to envelop the planet in high quality, top-shelf love, through a variety of hunger-ending, compassion cultivating, belly-laugh inducing, and spirit-awakening adventures.
