How to move forward with your goals when LIFE HAPPENS

Just wrapped up another inspiring session with one of my RECALIBRATE Alums, and I have a major takeaway I'm excited to share with you!

We can dream up the most perfect vision, with beautiful aligned intentions, full support, and accountability - and then LIFE HAPPENS, and the whole plan falls apart.

What do you do next?

Today we covered how new habits, rituals, and desired aligned actions DON'T HAVE TO BE ALL OR NOTHING. (Louder for my Enneagram 3’s in the back!)

Self-care rituals and routines don't have to have 25 steps to be effective. It can be as simple as choosing a specific thought to start your day.

SO TODAY...

Regarding your big vision and aligned actions:

FIRST:

Envision the highest potential of how this can pan out - Hold that feeling close.

THEN:

Choose, what action is the BAREST of minimums you can implement on even your worst days?

CONSIDER:

What is the action that will bring all of the other intentions THAT much closer? Where would you get the biggest result, from the least amount of effort?

LASTLY:

Commit and follow through.

Don't overthink it, embrace the bare minimum and move forward.
