What’s Your “Stuff”?

The transition from summer to fall is upon us.

The activity is winding down, the students are returning to their studies, the parents are exhaling, the sun is setting slightly sooner, and the leaves are barely hinting at changing color.

Some of you will disagree with me, but, although I would love a few more afternoons by the pool, I'm enchanted and inspired by this specific turn of the season.

It reminds me of that iconic scene from "You've Got Mail" when Joe Fox says:

"Don't you love New York in the fall? It makes me want to buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address."

You can just smell those crispy Ticonderoga’s, can't you?

Every fall I feel called to re-focus on my “stuff”

No, not necessarily the clutter in my house (although clearing that up is surely part of it!)

I’m talking about the elements that make up my life and need regular tending, just like a garden.

Called on to realign, refocus, and reconfigure my “STUFF” so that I can live in integrity, feel vibrant, and have resilience

  • From nourishing myself with wholesome meals to aligning my actions with my vision.

  • From practicing self-compassion in my inner dialogue to cultivating a positive mindset that colors my daily experiences.

  • And of course, tending to my environment and relationships, making sure they align with the legacy I want to leave behind.

In the spirit of starting anew, The Fall Season of Recalibrate is now open for enrollment, with 6 brand new spots available!

If you're feeling that same call to work on your "stuff," I'd love to connect with you and explore how we can work together one-on-one.

Let's have a conversation about your journey so far, the way of life you envision, and how Recalibrate can support you in achieving your goals and  creating the vibrant and resilient life you deserve.
