Katie

The One Where She Realized She Deserves to Feel Good

Katie came to coaching thinking she needed help staying accountable to workouts. (Spoiler: she didn’t.)

What she really needed was permission to feel good again—and support in letting go of the guilt that came with it.

Over a season together, she built in rest. Created routines that felt like her. Released the inner hustle and the outer clutter. And slowly but surely, she shifted her standard for living—internally and externally.
