How it Works

In this 90-minute Activation Session, we will:

Lock in your vision so it’s not just in your head

Nail down your non-negotiables (the good kind)

Build systems + structures that actually feel doable and dare I say…fun

You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do next, feeling grounded, clear, resourced, and ready to roll.


Beginning with a full 360 degree and 10k foot view of your life, we will assess the major lifestyle factors, habits, and patterns that are impacting your health, wellness, and overall ability to thrive within it the way you want to.

Thoughts, actions, and patterns that are keeping you stuck will be illuminated.

You will reconnect to the things that are most important to you, and uncover the steps you need to take to honor your values in order to live in easeful alignment - whether that's in your muscles, your meals, or your mindset. 

Collaborating on the "HOW" of your results, you will leave with a personalized action plan to implement at home, plus recommendations for maintaining your momentum and commitment through ongoing support.

Katie

The One Where She Realized She Deserves to Feel Good

Katie came to coaching thinking she needed help staying accountable to workouts or a meal plan. (Spoiler: she didn’t.)

What she really needed was permission to feel good again, and support in letting go of the guilt that came with it.

Over a season together, she built in rest. Created routines that felt like her.

She released the inner hustle and the outer clutter.

Slowly but surely, she shifted her standard for living, internally and externally.

Megan
