Meal Planning Made Easy || Holistic Nourishment Series Tip #1

*One of my go-to’s is a frittata - I make a massive one (sometimes with gifted eggs from my clients!) and it feeds me all week* Dm me for the recipe ;-)

Work smarter, not harder!

Honestly, most of my tips in ANY corner of wellness comes down to that particular premise.

One of my favorite things to ask people is '“What’s for dinner?” even if I’m not invited.

I’m always seeking fresh inspiration and get SUPER nosy about what other people do in their private lives kitchens.

You probably have a list of meals and trusty go-to’s that you return to over and over again.

The problem is, all of that data lives in your head!

So whenever you think about “what’s for dinner” - You can hit a mental block.

As my coach Emily says, “If you don’t have a system, your nervous system - is the system.”

You’ve got way more interesting things to use your mental bandwidth for, like how to get to that island full of rabbits during summer vacation, (just me?) so here we go:

  • Create a living document, binder, Pinterest board, or spreadsheet listing your go-to meals, and what ingredients they require - keep this process SUPER simple, and don’t overthink it

  • Add to it as new ideas and come up

  • Refer back to it when you are stumped on the whole “you mean i have to decide what’s for dinner every day for the rest of my life?!” and see which wand chooses your particular wizard.

  • This way you will already have a pre-set list to choose from, and intuitively pick the one that sounds best for you.

  • Try out a few apps to see what fits for you! For family units, I love the idea of using project management software to collaborate, so not all of the labor is placed on one person.

SO! Give this a shot and report back to let me know in the comments: WHAT’S FOR DINNER!?

I can’t wait to hear about some of your go-to’s, and which method works for you.
