Join us for a 5 day detox that will help you reset your metabolism and reduce the inflammation and bloating caused by the high-glycemic average American diet.
We will be utilizing USANA Health Science's Nutrimeal shakes, which are delicious, low-glycemic and recommended by Dr. Christiane Northrup (author of Women's Bodies, Women's Wisom), Dr. Oz (Emmy-award winning tv host and health practitioner), Kathy Kaehler (fitness guru), Dr. Karen Wolfe (nutrition coach and author) and many, many more field experts.

How will it work for me?
As a group, people find more success with support and accountability to others. With that in mind, we have a private group on Facebook where people can post daily successes, questions and suggestions.
Your coaches will guide you through the 5 days with tips about the glycemic index, simple dinner ideas, water intake recommendations, exercise inspiration and positive energy.
We will be enjoying two meal replacement shakes a day, (three if you want a bigger impact) as well as low-glycemic snack bars, fruits, nuts, vegetables and whole food snacks.
Then, for dinner you can create your own sugar-free meals as a transition to healthy eating. (Think proteins and veggies!)
