Cancellation + Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and it's more than 24 hours until your appointment, please do so through the link in your confirmation e-mail.
- If you need to cancel, and it's within 24 hours of your appointment, please email me ASAP at hello@wellnessbywalker.com, please be aware that last minute cancellations are subject to the terms in the cancellation policy
- If you prepaid and rescheduled or cancelled outside of 24hrs of your appointment, your payment will be credited to your next appointment.
Scheduling + Tipping
- You are able to book up to 12 hours in advance, and up to 90 days out.
- If your preferred time slot is already booked: Please find another appointment time, and add yourself to The Waitlist. - I will reach out by email if a spot opens up that fits your request - Otherwise, check in on my instagram stories for last minute openings.
- Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. If you wish to leave a tip for your massage, I'm ever so grateful!! Please tip with cash (preferred) or Venmo @CaitlinWalker11
