NOURISH We might live a certain way because we're *supposed* to, or because it's doctor's orders. We might eat cleanly, sleep sufficiently, and move our bodies daily, but sometimes it's a trudge! It's BORING! There's nothing to look forward to! And that, ironically, doesn't make us feel *well*. When we, as humans, don't feel well, we tend to make fewer and fewer positive choices. Luckily, there are SO many ways in which we can nourish our bodies AND our spirits with JOY, FUN, and PLEASURE! Unfortunately they often go forgotten in pursuit of more tangible goals...(like getting 10,000 steps logged on your fitbit, losing that last 10 lbs, or seeing how many cups of kale you can consume before landing yourself with a kidney stone.)
