I hope it allows you to dream big, cut back on that which no longer serves you, and provide you a horizon to aim for, that is in alignment with your deepest desires and in service of your greatest potential for fun.

Thank you for this! I am on a morning break and didn't have a pen and paper with me so I did this in my head. It really helped me reset and refocus after not starting out on a good foot this morning at work. I am now breathing deeper and committed to being present for patients and accepting of my coworkers flaws. Ahhh, thanks.
