Could that summer have gone by any faster?!
Some of you will disagree with me, but, although I would love a few more afternoons by the pool, I'm enamored with the turn of the season. It feels like a new opportunity to start fresh. Just google "September is the new January" and you'll see what I mean. I can't help but be reminded of that scene from You've Got Mail when Joe Fox says to Kathleen Kelly:

"Don't you love New York in the fall? It makes me want to buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address."
