November Special - Raising Donations for Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh – Fund for Victims of Terror

11/1/2018

Picture

Every month I have been running a special for a different community of people. Instead of offering a specified discount this month, I would like to raise money to support those affected by the mass shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue.

For the month of November, In honor of the 11 Pittsburghers whose lives were taken in October, and since my birthday was on 11/11, I am donating $11 of each Massage, Gift Card, and Coaching Package to the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh – Fund for Victims of Terror.

From their website:

"Our hearts are broken. We join in mourning the victims of the tragedy in our community. We also pray for healing for those who were injured and for all those among us whose pain is beyond measure. We all face tough times in the days, weeks and months ahead, but know that Jewish Pittsburgh will come together to comfort people in need of healing and to stay strong.

Funds collected for Our Victims of Terror are earmarked for the psychological services, support for families, general services, reconstruction, additional security throughout the community, medical bills, as well as counseling and other services that may prove necessary for victims and first responders during their recovery. Our religious and day schools will also most likely require additional resources to help our youth process this tragic episode. This fund will help both the Jewish community members and the first responders affected.

Thank you for support of the victims of terror."

October Special - Nurses 20% off Massage therapy

10/2/2018

Nurses,
You spend so much time, energy, and heart caring for so many people at work, and most likely at home as well. I am really excited about being able to offer something back to your community.
I have a few friends in the hospital industry, and I had been wanting to honor nurses in my practice somehow, so I asked what month would be the most meaningful or impactful.
Nurses month was May, so all of the tokens of gratitude and acknowledgement have since calmed down, and the holidays are soon approaching, which means many of you will have to spend those moments away from your families.
With those thoughts in mind, it was suggested that October be YOUR month to take some time to devote to caring for yourself, or, rather, allowing ME to care for your self for you.
Your minds, bodies, and spirits take on so so much. I want to help, so whether you need stress relief, bodywork, or just a calm hour.

So, Nurses, book your appointment for the month of October, and you will receive 20% off any massage therapy service!

Book online at: https://wellnessbywalker.getartichoke.com/#!/book

PS: Don't forget to schedule your FREE 1 Hour Health Coaching Session with me to find out where in your life you could use some support and strategies around maintaining a healthy and easeful lifestyle that works for you, and ensures you're feeling how you want to feel on a daily basis. Let's make sure that your cup is so full of self-care, joy, engagement, and excitement, that it becomes easy for you to give from the overflow, and let the world heal by feeling the ripple effects from that gift. <3

When I go to plan out the month ahead, one of the first things I do is check out Facebook.
I know this platform has it's MAJOR drawbacks (a different story for a different day) but I love it mostly for finding out what is going on in my city at any given time. I search through and click "Interested" or "Going" on any event that I'm intrigued by. When the time comes to book out my month, I review these events and plug the ones I'm interested in, into my Planner Pad.

What I found out this month was that there are AN EPIC TON of wellness events going on in Pittsburgh in August.

Check' em out!

  • Aug 11 - Yoga Kayak Beer at the Pittsburgh Food Park
  • Aug 12 - Smudge Making at Juju with Native Apothecary
  • Aug 17 - Happy Hour Self Massage with Leslie Wright at Mookshi
  • Aug 17 - Divine Flow & Cyclical Wisdom with Meghna Norena

For my 30th birthday in November, I gave myself the gift of a 7 day yoga retreat to Mexico with Inhale Yoga.

  8.  The people who serve your food? They're family too.
  9.  See as many sunrises as possible
  10.  See as many sunsets as possible
  11.  You're allowed to change your schedule, to fine the ease you seek
  12.  Make the ask
  13.  Hot sauce and chunky salt

  15. Learn to make a perfect fried egg
  16. Fresh flowers. EVERYWHERE.
  17. Water. Stare at it. Watch it sparkle
  18. Check your mosquito net for spiders
  19. Eat as many tacos as possible
  20. Ceremonies are magical
  21. Women are magical
  22. Belt showtunes on the beach. Loud as you can. With a soul sister (Hello Emily^2)
  23. Periodically write stuff down...then burn it.
  24. Food: Fresh Local Natural
  25. From the Temezcal sweat lodge ceremony: Mother Earth needs us to STOP using so much plastic
  26. Watch out for Scorpions
  27. Try the expensive tequila
  28. Grasshoppers taste exactly like you thought they wouldn't
  29. It's ok if you operate at a slower pace than your fellow retreaters, you'll get there eventually.

Mindful & Easy Mornings

8/7/2017

Picture
I just had the most delightful easy morning!
(Except for the part where Renly started barking at 5:45am...who needs a rooster when you have a puppy who has found his voice?)

I woke up, let Renly and Lilly out for their morning meeting with the sun and grass.
Prepared my coffee, exactly the way I like it.
Snuggled back into bed with my favorite mug in hand.
Lingered in bed for an extra 30 minutes, listened to an inspiring podcast, thought about the day ahead.
By the time it was time to get up and ready for work, I was content, alert, and a good attitude on and ready to go.

Of course none of this happened by accident
(except for the barky pup)
This morning was mindfully prepared and designed by yours truly.

My main goal in this lifetime is to make my life, and yours, easy. We spend so much time and energy and thought into making life more difficult (weather or not we're aware of it) and dwelling on the challenges, instead of creating changes and shifting our mindsets.
One of my methods is automation. It sounds kind of boring, I know. BUT! If I have a structure and system in place, I can set-it-and-forget-it and flow through my day with ease and joy.

Recipe for an Easeful Morning:
  • Plan ahead!
  • Create your breakfasts for the week ahead of time, perhaps on Sunday before Game of Thrones comes on. This week I made two batches of Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats, and the other days I will have my quickie on-the-go usual of Greek Yogurt and a banana.
  • Shower the night before, utilize the bedhead for a messy beachy french-girl 'do. Spray on the dry-shampoo, hit the ends with an oil of your choice, and quickly define rogue pieces with a styling tool of your choice
  • Wake up a bit earlier than you need to. That extra time for lounging makes all the difference.
  • Choose rituals that make you feel peaceful and delighted.
  • Take a few minutes to jot down some thoughts to align yourself with the type of day, and therefore the type of life you want to have.
  • Use those thoughts to create mini-action steps you can take that day.
  • Practice mindfulness - You don't have to sit on a meditation cushion for an hour to experience this. Sit outside, feel the breeze on your face, listen to the birds, enjoy the quiet of the morning. It's a magical time.

It's the freakin' weekend baby, I'm about to have me some fun...

Hi! I hope you are gearing up for a wonderful weekend. I'm looking forward to many trips through the park with Renly, sitting outside at twilight with some good tunes, ice cold rosé and a tasty cheese plate. Plus or minus some friendly faces. If minus...that means I don't have to share, so...

Here's a round up of wellness and lifestyle finds from around the web this week.
Enjoy!

Balance - What Are Your Thoughts?

7/21/2017

Picture

First off: I would love your input!
Check out the bottom of this segment and COMMENT or e-mail hello@wellnessbywalker.com to send me your thoughts on BALANCE.

Balance has MANY meanings and connotations, and can evoke different feelings from different people, depending on the circumstances.
It can feel tense, like walking a tightrope - one misstep, one small breeze, one surprise sneeze and you’re toast!
It can feel satisfying - like when you’re on a see-saw and you and your friend find that sweet spot where you’re both at eye level with each other - also: Fleeting?
It can feel peaceful - like looking at your planner and seeing play interspersed with work
It can feel nourishing - like following your fancy-pants dinner of organic kale and poached salmon, you enjoy a scoop of chocolate peanut butter ice cream and a glass (or two!) of Prosecco.

~~~
Balance can be a tricky concept, because perfect balance can also lead to complacency and a stagnant environment.
:: Where’s the thrill on the tightrope if there’s no threat?
:: What fun is a see-saw without the ups and downs?
:: Without room for spontaneity, a perfectly planned week can feel rote and boring.
And, what do we do to prevent feeling too off-kilter with all of life’s surprises?
~~~

Over to you!
I will be leading a workshop in Pittsburgh in August (date TBD, so stay tuned!) encompassing the theme of BALANCE, and would love to support you through your individual challenges, concerns, and questions.

Let me know!
  • What does balance mean to you? Desire it? Detest it?
  • What is your biggest challenge around balancing your life according to your desires?
  • If there was one part of your life you wish was more balanced, what would it be?
  • What tools do you utilize to bring your life/health/diet into balance?
Comment below, or send me an e-mail at Hello@WellnessByWalker.com to share your thoughts!

Here's a quick Monday Morning Visioning exercise for you, to kick off your week.

Stop what you're doing, and give it 5 minutes of stream of consciousness writing.

I Release, I Let Go:

I Desire, I Am Calling In:

I am Creating, I am Designing:

I hope it allows you to dream big, cut back on that which no longer serves you, and provide you a horizon to aim for, that is in alignment with your deepest desires and in service of your greatest potential for fun.

NOURISH

We might live a certain way because we're *supposed* to, or because it's doctor's orders.
We might eat cleanly, sleep sufficiently, and move our bodies daily, but sometimes it's a trudge!
It's BORING!
There's nothing to look forward to!
And that, ironically, doesn't make us feel *well*.
When we, as humans, don't feel well, we tend to make fewer and fewer positive choices.

Luckily, there are SO many ways in which we can nourish our bodies AND our spirits with JOY, FUN, and PLEASURE!
Unfortunately they often go forgotten in pursuit of more tangible goals...(like getting 10,000 steps logged on your fitbit, losing that last 10 lbs, or seeing how many cups of kale you can consume before landing yourself with a kidney stone.)

That's where the practices you'll learn, and the actions you'll take at Rise & Thrive // Nourish will come into play.

Click here to save your spot!
This session of Rise & Thrive is a lighthearted dedication to the nourishment of our bodies, minds, and souls, with fun, pleasure, and celebration.

Together we will:
  • Remember and reclaim the things in life that make us come alive, and design our ideal days, peppering in small joys, shifting in perspective, and enhancing our quality of life.
  • Learn the powerful effects of play and pleasure on our cells. Ensure that we get MORE of a valuable chemical that our bodies produce NATURALLY!
  • Of course to make sure our bodies have the proper energy for adequate play, we will explore basic nutrition concepts according to the glycemic index, and learn what to look for in your supplements, to ensure you're not spending your hard earned dough on gourmet urine.
  • Add a little more whimsy to the world - Come adorned in your favorite garb, whatever makes you feel good! (Tiara's and snuggies are both welcome)

What do you think? Do YOU want to spend a Saturday afternoon nurturing

Self-Care Guide: Stomach Bugs

1/11/2017

Picture
Photo: Matthew Wiebe
December.

A beautiful month full of family, friends, good food, fun parties, hopefully lots of rest, and frequently: Presents!
I love watching these "What I Got for Christmas" videos on Youtube. It's usually a bunch of very clean looking beauty gurus talking about products and gadgets they've received over the holidays. In case you are as nosy as I am, and were wondering about what I got for Christmas, I'll provide you a quick list:
  • Food Prep Containers
  • Cookbook
  • The new Ghostbusters!
  • The fluffiest bathrobe known to man
  • Glassware
  • Stomach Virus

Yep.

Dear sweet Saint Nicholas brought me a stomach bug. Realistically, it probably wasn't that jolly old elf to infect my insides, but the many tiny humans I interact with on a daily basis.

Luckily, I was already home with my family when it hit. Which means I had the built in support of family to help take care of my puppy, run to the store for supplies, make me warm beverages, and all together make sure I wasn't dying (even though that's how it felt at times).

It struck me that, as someone who lives on her own, who considers herself to be a strong and independent woman, I am WOEFULLY unprepared for the rare occasions when I do get sick. This experience served as a wakeup call as to what I need to have on hand, just in case I can't make it to the kitchen, let alone the store.

Here are the top things I recommend having in supply, just in case you get sick, and don't have family around for support.
Immediate Support
  • A Bucket - Just in case you can't make it to your preffered plumbing apparatus quickly enough
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste, Mouthwash
  • Cold washcloth for your forehead

Beverages
If you happened to spend the night sweating with a fever, and with your body rejecting everything you've consumed in the past 12 hours, you are at risk for dehydration.
  • Electrolyte support such as: Pedialyte or Gatorade. It was my great pleasure to discover that Pedialyte also comes in popsicle form!
  • Ginger ale
  • Tea - I recommend Ginger or Pepperment - Both are soothing for nausea
  • Water - A Pitcher is helpful as well, so you don't have to keep running back and forth to the kitchen.
  • Ice Chips

Gentle Foods
Once you're beyond the worst of it, you're going to want to replenish your body, and revive your blood sugar, but probably should take it easy on what you ingest for the next day or so. You also won't feel like cooking, so here are some quick and easy foods to put in your belly.
  • Apple Sauce
  • Rice Pudding
  • Miso Soup or Vegetable Broth - Add tofu to get some protein as well.

*Medicine and Supplements
*I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, this is simply a list of things that have helped me when I was ill.*
  • Dramamine - to help tame nausea and knock you the hell out so you can sleep it off
  • Probiotic - To replenish any lost gut bacteria and re-establish the balance of your flora
  • Digestive Enzymes - Provide support when adventuring back to the land of solid foods
  • Advil, Ibuprofen, etc - Relief for fever symptoms, headaches, body aches, muscle soreness from vomiting
  • Antacid - Active Calcium Chewable is my favorite because it provides your body with calcium, instead of depleting it.

Comfort Items
  • Soft pajamas, and a warm cozy bathrobe
  • Hot water bottle, heating pads, and ice packs  - To help soothe your muscles from intense contractions and fever aches
  • If you really want to think ahead, make sure your bathmat is plush and soft and easy on the knees for when you are snuggling up to the porcelain prince.

ASK FOR HELP
  • YES we are strong. YES we are independent. YES we can do it on our own and pull through. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean we should HAVE to, or that we can't utilize our communities to make our lives easier.
  • Whether you reach out by text, or phone, reach out and let somebody who loves you know that you're sick. Perhaps make an agreement with a friend TODAY that you can be there, and call upon each other, guilt free. <--- Do this today!
  • Here are some ideas for things you can ask your friend to do:
    • Take on your dog or child for the day or just the afternoon, so you can rest and recouperate
    • Go on a zombie supply run to the store for any of the items listed above, in case you're out of stock
    • Make a doctor's appointment, or take you to an urgent care facility - I know that the way I was feeling, there's no way I should be behind the wheel
    • Recommend a trashy show to stream on Netflix. As Julie says on Difficult People: "It turns the brain off so the body can heal."
    • Check in on you every couple of hours to see if you need anything/make sure your cat isn't chowing down on your deceased body. (Sorry, had to be addressed).

I've added most of the items above to my Retail Therapy Amazon Store, so you can find them quickly, and easily, and take action today.  Add them to your cart so you aren't left high and dry when the unexpected happens.

Let me know in the comments:
Is there anything you would add to this list?
This is mostly specific to stomach bugs, so if you'd like to see an edition dedicated to the illness of your choice ( Strep throat, head cold, hangover, allergies, PMS, ETC. ) let me know!

Wishing you a lovely and healthy week,
xx

Rise and THRIVE! Workshop Retreats

12/27/2016

Hello beautiful human!

I hope you are enjoying a beautiful holiday season with some of your favorite people. Just wanted to drop you a line to say hello, and that I am so excited to announce some new offerings for you in 2017!

Rise & Thrive!

Rise & Thrive is a series of workshop retreats for you to kickstart your personal growth, and receive the tools and knowledge you desire to maintain inspiration, affirm commitment and devotion to the life you've always longed to experience.
The first and most activating step in growth is to know what you want from this life, your health - and why. We’ll use our time together as a group to explore what health, wellbeing, and self-care means to you, and what commitment to your vision can make possible in your life.
If you feel like you've been living the past few days, months, years...on autopilot and are ready to shift, this is for you.

Commitment...
If you’re anything like me, that word scares the pants off of you...and not in the fun way.
Luckily, when what you're committing to is yourself, and to the experience you always desired to live, it doesn’t have to be so scary.

"Life is what happens to you when you're busy making other plans" -John Lennon

Sure, you have goals, milestones, and achievements (cough::resolutions::cough) that you're working towards, but when the journey towards these moments incorporates things you already enjoy doing, and when you're participating in your life in ways that feel amazing; it makes your life that much more rich, more beautiful to behold, and will extend the joy and satisfaction of those moments you've worked so hard to attain.

Creating bliss through your process: THAT's how commitment becomes sexy, not scary.

Together, we will discover where in our lives we are living mindlessly and on autopilot without devotion, and what parts of our lives are waiting patiently on the back-burner, waiting to be stirred by you.
We will examine how we can activate our drive and devotion, and where in our lives we can become mindful, intentional, set personal goals, and uncover opportunities to create the life you love.

Join us in the first of a 4 part workshop series in 2017!

New Year’s Day will have come and gone...

Maybe you journaled some resolutions. Perhaps you’re freaked out because you feel like you should have, but didn’t, and now 2017 is just going to be like any other year. Maybe the whole thing leaves you feeling overwhelmed and disenchanted, but you know you still want this year to be different.

We begin by taking inventory of our current state, decoding our desires, simplifying the noise, and honing in on our body’s own wisdom to gain a clear, specific, and uplifting picture of what we want the experience of our lives to be. Rooting into our intentions in preparation for massive growth and evolution.

It's SO much easier to get where you're going if you can clearly visualize the destination. So, we root down and seal our intentions into a physical form. We get our hands dirty by creating a visual representation of your beautiful life in the form of a Visioning Luminaria. Place a candle in the center, light up your intention, and let your future glow.

Hello!
The Holiday Eating (and drinking) Season is OFFICIALLY upon us!

I'm still recovering from the election, and from turning 29, just in time for hectic holiday family shenanigans.

It's no secret that this season is prime time for focused self-care. The traveling, the shopping, the planning, the cooking, the socializing...It's all wonderful fun, but if you get too caught up in it, you are at risk for physical and emotional burnout.

Challenges:
Nothing official here, but I DO challenge you to drink one or two more glasses of water each day this week, than you normally do.
You already know all the benefits to your health, as they're listed in practically every health article on the internet.
You can even make a drinking game out of it:
Every time *that* uncle says something awful at Thanksgiving, or if mom does something really mom-like (like wanting to look in your ears) or when your brother's kid has a melt-down...
Take a sip!

Cheers and I hope you all have a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving.
All my love,

Greetings and salutations!
Sometimes things don't work out as planned, and this weekend is one of those times. I was supposed to be hosting some family members I haven't seen in a while, but due to some emergent circumstances, it won't pan out. Disappointment is a frequent visitor in everybody's life, and I know that even though it doesn't feel like there are any winners in this situation, what is happening is for the best. After a suffient amount of sulking, I've found the next best remedy is to find and/or create opportunities get excited about.
Luckily, there's MUCH to look forward to this week.

Happy Halloween!

(weekend)

I absolutely LOVE this time of year. As a November baby, I'm absolutely TEAM FALL.
Some people need to go south to Florida for the winter, but I need to go north for the summer...like Maine, or Canada.
The smell of the leaves, the crispness in the air, dreary rainstorms. the tone of new beginnings...I love it all.

However, though I adore the concept, Halloween has never been my strong suit. I'm a chronic procrastinator and never wind up thinking of a decent costume
(like that time in college I ate a pudding cup on the way to a mixer [like a grown-up], and kept the spoon so my costume could be "A Creeper. Wanna spoon?")

This weekend, I'm enjoying some fun walks with Renly, visiting all the fun decorated houses, spooky movies, and a little bit of witchy wonder, perhaps a spell or two...
...Perhaps the one from Practical Magic so I can bring a certain Walking Dead character back to life...

Anywho...
Have a FUN weekend!

Book Recommendation: Miracle Morning - Hal Elrod

10/17/2016

Have you ever been so inspired by something that you can't help but spew everything about it all over everyone who crosses your path? Recently, for me, it's Hal Elrod's Miracle Morning.
I first heard about him on Elizabeth Dialto's podcast: Untame The Wild Soul Woman.
I recently traveled down to Maryland for a weekend, approximately a 5-6 hour drive, so I downloaded the audiobook.

HOLY. GUACAMOLE.
This stuff is life-changing.
(and I don't use that phrase lightly.)

Initially, I was a little iffy about it. The readers voice, plus the material made it sound super cheesy at first listen, but, I stuck with it, because, hey, I have 5 hours to go, so why not give it a chance?

The book begins with Hal's background, detailing in gruesome specificity two major life catastrophes:
One physical, when he was hit head on by a drunk driver; and the other financial, during the 2008 recession.
He tells the stories of how he was able to rebound himself from rockbottom, not once, but TWICE.
I believe I said "whoa" out loud.

Utilizing the top personal growth strategies of the highest performing individuals in the world, he combines them in a method he calls the Life S.A.V.E.R.S.
These are all things we know about: Meditation, affirmation, visualization, exercise, reading, and journaling. These are things we all know about, but for some reason don't do. What sold me on this method is the fact that it's bite-sized. You can do as much or as little of each as you want. All it takes is waking up just a little bit earlier, where the worst case scenario is you get closer to your dream life.

I'm only a few days into it, and am doing MUCH less than recommended(baby steps), but I'm already seeing and feeling the results.
On the first day, I invented a new word.
On the second, a book idea arrived.
Today, I simply enjoyed a beautiful and leisurely morning snuggling with the puppy, journaling, and listening to a podcast. I proceeded throughout the day with ALL of the inspiration and energy.

Like I said at the beginning, I've been spewing this gold all over the place. If you want to check it out for yourself, you can purchase it in the Retail Therapy section of my website, or at Halelrod.com
ALSO!
Sign up for his 30 Day Transformation Challenge and you'll get a collection of bonuses that are perfect for getting you started, AND for diving deeper into the work itself.
Let me know how it goes!

Hope you enjoy.
All my love,
Caitlin

Greetings!
What are you up to this weekend?

I'm looking forward to an annual Seafood Extravaganza hosted by the family of my wonderful friend, and massage therapist Emily of E3MT
I received a massage from her this past Wednesday and it was possibly the BEST I've ever received. I met Emily in massage school, so she's been working on me for about 5 years. There was something extra blissful and magical this time. I HIGHLY recommend you go see her if you're in the Pittsburgh area.

SO MUCH JUICY STUFF THIS WEEK!
The theme of Body Image/Body Love/ Self Love has been very present in my little world.
On Monday, I joined a group of ladies in a viewing of Embrace. A documentary by Taryn Brumfitt of The Body Image Movement and this viral before/after photo.
Stay tuned for an upcoming review!

Mama Gena of Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts released her new book: Pussy.  A Reclamation.
I love her because she flips the script on how we as women, view our bodies and our power (her work is pivotal for the men-folk too!)
I use many of the strategies in School of Womanly Arts in my life with great results in my relationships, my work, and the way I feel in and about my body.
Check out her interview with Marie Forleo!
If you purchase the book by MIDNIGHT ON SATURDAY, she has some amazing thank you gifts you can redeem on her website.
You can purchase it on my Retail Therapy Amazon Store, along with some other recommended reading.

Estée Lalonde (Essiebutton) is on a very similar health shift to what I'm exploring, and I can't wait to see how she creates her own "Personal Best"

That's all for now. Sending TONS of Body Love your way.

Hello Gorgeous!

I hope you've had a wonderful and relaxing weekend.
I took time to care for my home environment, clear out my closet, and spent a lovely evening hygge-ing it up with some friends across town.
Get yourself a cup of whatever floats your boat and settle in for some Sunday reading, resources, and inspiration.
My favorite go-to beverage on a rainy fall morning?  English black tea, with honey and milk.

Here you go!

The Full Moon is behind us, but the energy lingers! Here’s a Full Moon Ritual created by my MOST magical friend, Sora.

While cleaning my kitchen the other day, I was looking for something to have playing to keep me in the tidy-ing spirit and found Rachel Talbott's Youtube Channel.

She features many natural cleaning tips using essential oils, vinegar, baking soda etc. Her videos are crisp, beautiful, bright, and clean.

After a few years of trying different types of planners, I've gone back to my roots and ordered a new Planner Pad!
It has a similar layout to the Erin Condren planners, but it's more simplified and compact. I love the trickle down layout, it's what got me committing to writing in a planner in the first place! They used to come in just black and gold, but now they offer a beautiful green and gold cover.

Darling's Easy Upgrades to Make your Favorite Meals Healthier

I'm planning on giving Renly a bath today, because he's going to visit some 2nd Graders tomorrow morning. As a retired Dog Washer, I 1000% relate to This Guy

My friend and life coach, Emily Cassel crowd-sourced a kickass playlist on Spotify for Sexy Soulful Success
Check it out for some jams to get you moving and grooving on your dream.
PITTSBURGH PEEPS!
Emily will be in town in October for two amazing events:
1. Sexy Soulful Success Sisterhood Circle at Inhale
2. Fearless Warrior Yoga Conference at Hotel Monaco

Challenges:
Detox to Destiny: 21 Day Life Cleanse

WATER!
Drink it. Target amount? Attempt to drink your weight in ounces, divided by two.
180 lbs / 2 = 90lbs --> 90 oz of water/day = approximately 3 Camelbak's (or 3 bottles of wine...but for water)
Try it for a week and see how you feel.

Hope you had a lovely weekend,
All my love,
Caitlin
