Fully thrive with a fresh approach to setting your goals and finally bring your vision to fruition
I think we're all familiar with the New Year's Resolution, "New Year, New You!" phase of the year when we get super excited and motivated to make the next year different, and change our lives!
So we make some arbitrary declaration, and either go full out to burn out,
or
set it and forget it come February.
Taking on these goals gives us the feeling of taking action.
But that feeling, and burst of commitment can be short-lived.
How many of our homes have treadmills that are just extensions of our laundry baskets?
Or dusty juicers on the counter?
Or maybe we push, and strive, and accomplish said goals, but then feel deflated, and unfulfilled....on to the next, in a kinetic unsatisfactory cycle of hustle.
Why is that?
I believe it's because we adopt the goals that are marketed to us without truly connecting to our WHY
30 days of XYZ!
Juice Cleanse!
DETOX!
Run a Marathon!
READ 50 BOOKS!
Do 100 Push ups every day
Adding a brand new lofty goal like that into our world is just not fulfilling, let alone sustainable...
unless we make room for it in our homes, schedules, and mindsets.
Any of these mighty declarations are destined to fizzle out quickly ESPECIALLY if they're not aligned with who we really are, what we're really wanting, and how we really want to experience this life.
Here's where I come in.

This is the perfect session for women who want to live in full alignment, with a clear direction, and actionable strategy, so they can ignite some significant life change, and finally follow through.
Now, I'm not ANTI-RESOLUTION at all.
(or anti marathon, or anti-juice, or anti-30 days of whatever. As for detox, the science is conflicting but that's a conversation for a different day)
In fact, I THRIVE off of the fresh, motivating energy that the turn of a page, a season, a clock, A MONDAY (GASP!) inspires.
I just think there's a way to do it differently than how we've been trained
With more heart
With clear actionable commitments
With un-overwhelming strategy and timelines
And with a trusted partner (that's me!) to walk alongside you, who fully believes in you, and helps you see through the BS that's standing in your way.

This 90 minute coaching session jumpstarts your motivation with creative visioning, strategic planning, and easeful structure
Imagine this...
You have been released from the pattern of false productivity, or the "motion" phase of habit setting, and getting into the ACTION phase.
No more half-empty journals of lukewarm intentions.
No more shame in "falling off the wagon" of whatever your resolutions were.
No more waking up in the summer, realizing half the year has passed you by, and you're still stuck in the same situation.
No more "if it doesn't hurt, it's not effective" mentality
You don't wait on another person's permission to become more of who you are
Instead:
Regular action, big or small, is now a part of your day-to-day, regularly curated, honed and evolved to align with your desires
Your intentions are front and center
You feel proud of yourself for aligning your life more and more to what you truly want, and what your soul came here to do
You wake up in the summer relaxed and excited about how much you've accomplished, and look forward to the rest of the year with hope.
You know that your power lies in your joy, not your suffering.
You are confident, clear, and feel happy and free to follow your heart.

After 15 years in the field of health and wellness...
- Devoting my studies and career to working (sometimes literally!) hands-on with my clients as a massage therapist and coach
- Supporting my clients in finding the sources of, and reducing their physical and lifestyle pain. Making sure they feeling seen and heard the entire time.
- Teaching and guiding women in implementing simple, do-able, health and wellness habits and rituals
- Exploring the ins and outs of wellness trends, continuously learning and curating my knowledge base
- Spending money (I probably shouldn't have) on products I thought would bring me to happiness, contentment, and radiance, only to gather dust in a drawer (looking at you $200 juicer!)
- Working with my own coaches to evolve past limiting beliefs, experience loving accountability, and completely change my life.
I've done the legwork.
This is the same process I personally revisit at the start of every year, if not at the shifting of every season.
It has given me a path to the life I've always wanted for myself
I've curated a way of planning my nourishment and meals in a way that gives me both structure and FREEDOM.
I have built the leverage and confidence to quit jobs that were draining my precious energy, overstepping my personal boundaries, and keeping me contained and underpaid
I prioritized my mental wellness and committed to regular therapy
I prioritized the animal that is my body, by getting accountability for regular joyful movement
I finally put my money where my mouth is and have committed to reducing my plastic use, shopping local, using my nearby refillery, supporting my local farms and C0-op
Every time I revisit this work, I find ways to make my life more "me".

I've stopped waiting on permission or approval to make the calls I want to make for MY life.
I've come to learn exactly how important it is to lead your life from a well resourced and discerning inner compass.
I know precisely how good it feels to re-connect to a lost piece of myself.
Finding that spark of inspiration, that leads to a choice, that leads to a FLOW, that leads to a VAST improvement in how I am experiencing my life.
I have learned to check in with myself, ASK QUESTIONS and really discern if something is going to be good for me
I am continuously learning and teaching about boundaries and how to set them (with myself, my schedule, other humans, and even my dog!) in a way that feels kind and compassionate, and gives me the spaciousness I need, in order to live my life in line with my heart.

I have also learned what happens when I forget all of it, and let myself go under-tended
When I lose my intention, my vision, my target:
The laundry and dishes pile up
I lose my keys more than normal
I'm making microwave taquitos for breakfast lunch and dinner more days a week than not
I'm unkind to people I love
I'm short with my ridiculously adorable dog, who doesn't deserve it
I'm consuming more than I'm creating
I feel tired, sluggish, bored, like I've reached the end of Netflix and the entire internet.
I look more to external sources for my direction, and for permission, than my internal source
I feel disempowered, at the mercy of...well...everything
and it SUUUUUUUUCKS!

Until I have had enough, and check back in and remember how it really CAN be:
To lead my life with intention
To feel supported, and to ask for it
To get that accountability
To remember what 11 year old Caitlin was passionate about
(For the Nebby Debbies in the group :-) Learning French, playing the flute, using my little voice to call out and counter racist patriarchal bullshit, exploring witchcraft, supporting my community, and being outside in nature )
To feel a deep inhalation in my center, sense the wonder of Dorothy stepping into full technicolor OZ.
To experience the moxie and embodiment Kathy Bates’ character, Evelyn Couch, experiences in Fried Green Tomatoes - TOWANDA!
To pulse with the freedom of Baby boogying down the dock in Dirty Dancing.
